Creator Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the WAVSkins Creator Program or using creator-related platform features, you agree to these Creator Terms and all related WAVSkins policies.

2. About the Creator Program

The WAVSkins Creator Program supports creators who help build music culture, social interaction, playlist discovery, wearable identity experiences, and community engagement.

Creators may include:

• music creators
• nightlife creators
• festival creators
• playlist curators
• content creators
• tastemakers
• fashion creators
• community builders
• social personalities

3. Eligibility

Creators must:

• provide accurate information
• comply with WAVSkins policies
• maintain respectful behavior
• avoid deceptive promotion
• comply with applicable laws

WAVSkins reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove creator participation at its discretion.

4. Creator Content

Creators may submit or publish playlists, Vibes, Identity Beacons, social media content, profile content, campaign participation, creator branding, and photos and videos.

Creators retain ownership of content they own.

By submitting content to WAVSkins, creators grant WAVSkins a limited, non-exclusive license to display, host, distribute, promote, market, and reproduce such content in connection with the platform and creator ecosystem.

5. Acceptable Behavior

Creators are expected to:

• engage authentically
• avoid spam behavior
• avoid misleading promotion
• avoid fake engagement
• respect artists and users
• comply with community standards
• maintain professional conduct

WAVSkins may remove creators who manipulate engagement, engage in harassment, abuse creator systems, promote harmful conduct, or violate platform rules.

6. Social Sharing

Creators may share Vibes, WAVSkins, Identity Beacons, artist campaigns, and playlist experiences across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and X/Twitter.

Creators may not:

• falsely represent partnerships
• impersonate artists
• misuse WAVSkins branding
• create deceptive campaigns

7. Future Program Features

WAVSkins may eventually offer creators analytics tools, featured placement, creator campaigns, artist collaborations, event opportunities, platform recognition, referral systems, and creator rewards.

Participation in the Creator Program does not guarantee compensation, sponsorships, paid opportunities, featured placement, or future partnerships.

8. Creator Analytics

WAVSkins may provide creators with analytics related to scans, engagement, Vibe interactions, social sharing, and campaign participation.

Analytics are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be perfectly accurate or complete.

9. Intellectual Property

WAVSkins trademarks, branding, platform visuals, and related materials remain the property of WAVSkins or its licensors.

Creators may not misuse WAVSkins trademarks, alter logos improperly, create unauthorized merchandise, or falsely imply endorsement.

10. QR & Playlist Systems

Creators may use WAVSkins QR systems and playlist integrations only in accordance with platform rules.

Creators may not use QR systems for:

• malicious redirects
• scams
• harmful content
• unauthorized commercial abuse
• deceptive activity

11. Disclaimers

The Creator Program and related features are provided "as is" and "as available."

WAVSkins does not guarantee audience growth, creator success, platform visibility, social performance, engagement levels, or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAVSkins shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, platform interruptions, third-party service failures, social platform issues, or creator campaign outcomes.

13. Termination

WAVSkins may suspend or terminate creator participation for policy violations, harmful conduct, platform abuse, fraud, impersonation, or repeated community violations.

Creators may discontinue participation at any time.

14. Modifications

WAVSkins may update these Creator Terms periodically. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Creator Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
