Artist Agreement

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By participating in the WAVSkins Artist Program or using artist-related features, the artist, representative, label, or authorized party agrees to this Artist Agreement and related WAVSkins policies.

2. About WAVSkins

WAVSkins is a wearable music identity platform that enables artists to create:

• official WAVSkins
• wearable fan experiences
• playlist-driven campaigns
• QR-connected music interactions
• social identity experiences

The platform may support album campaigns, tour campaigns, festival activations, fan engagement, limited edition releases, and creator collaborations.

3. Artist Eligibility

Artists participating in WAVSkins must:

• have authority to distribute submitted content
• own or control necessary rights
• comply with applicable laws
• comply with WAVSkins policies
• avoid misleading or harmful campaigns

Artist representatives, labels, or management teams may participate on behalf of artists with appropriate authorization.

4. Artist Content

Artists may submit playlists, artwork, logos, promotional materials, artist names, campaign visuals, event information, and social content.

Artists retain ownership of their intellectual property.

By submitting content to WAVSkins, artists grant WAVSkins a limited, non-exclusive license to display, host, distribute, market, promote, and reproduce such content solely in connection with WAVSkins platform operations, artist campaigns, and promotional activity.

5. Official Artist WAVSkins

WAVSkins may allow artists to create verified artist WAVSkins, official playlist experiences, wearable fan engagement products, and artist campaign pages.

Official Artist WAVSkins may include artist branding, playlists, QR experiences, fan engagement features, and limited edition campaigns.

WAVSkins reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, suspend, or remove artist campaigns at its discretion.

6. Playlist & Streaming Integrations

WAVSkins may integrate with Spotify and other third-party music platforms.

Artists acknowledge:

• WAVSkins does not directly host music streaming
• playback functionality depends on third-party platforms
• WAVSkins is not responsible for streaming availability or licensing policies of third parties

Artists remain responsible for ensuring submitted playlists comply with applicable rights and platform rules.

7. QR Experiences

Official WAVSkins may include QR codes linking to artist playlists, artist campaigns, fan experiences, event activations, and social engagement pages.

Artists may not use WAVSkins QR systems for:

• malicious redirects
• unlawful content
• deceptive activity
• harmful conduct
• unauthorized external monetization

8. Merchandise & Fulfillment

WAVSkins may produce temporary wearable tattoos, artist WAVSkins, limited edition products, and promotional wearable items.

WAVSkins reserves the right to manage fulfillment systems, determine production standards, determine available product formats, and modify or discontinue products.

9. Revenue Sharing

Certain artist campaigns may involve revenue sharing, promotional incentives, campaign-based compensation, or platform fees.

Any specific financial arrangements may require separate written agreements.

Nothing in this Artist Agreement guarantees compensation, sales, royalties, campaign performance, or future opportunities.

10. Verification & Branding

WAVSkins may provide verified artist badges, official campaign indicators, and featured artist placement. Verification decisions are made solely by WAVSkins.

Artists may not misrepresent affiliations, falsely claim verification, misuse WAVSkins branding, or impersonate other artists or organizations.

11. Prohibited Content

Artists may not use WAVSkins to promote:

• unlawful activity
• hate speech
• harmful content
• malicious QR behavior
• deceptive promotions
• unsafe experiences
• abusive conduct

WAVSkins reserves the right to remove violating campaigns or suspend artist access.

12. Disclaimers

WAVSkins services are provided "as is" and "as available."

WAVSkins does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, campaign success, sales performance, fan engagement levels, continuous QR functionality, or uninterrupted streaming integrations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAVSkins shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, campaign interruptions, third-party platform failures, streaming service outages, event-related issues, or fulfillment delays.

14. Termination

WAVSkins may suspend or terminate artist participation for policy violations, harmful conduct, misuse of the platform, legal concerns, safety concerns, or fraudulent activity.

Artists may discontinue participation at any time subject to any active campaign obligations.

15. Modifications

WAVSkins may modify this Artist Agreement periodically. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

16. Governing Law

This Artist Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
